Who We Are

This site is run by Mosaic Intel LLC, doing business as Mosaic AI. On this page we call ourselves Mosaic or we.

This policy covers mosaicintel.ai and the demos on its subdomains. It does not cover software we build for clients. That work is covered by a separate signed agreement with each client.

What We Collect

The Contact Form

When you send the contact form we receive what you typed.

• Your name
• Your company
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you give it
• The product you are asking about, if you pick one
• Your message

The form sends these to our inbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. The site does not store submissions in a database. To limit abuse the site keeps a short lived count of submissions per IP address in memory.

Demo Access

Demos are opened with a passcode. When you enter a valid passcode the site sets 1 cookie so the demos know you were let in. The cookie is described under Cookies.

Failed passcode attempts are counted per IP address in memory for 15 minutes. This stops guessing. The count is not written to a database.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and it reports page views in aggregate. We also record 2 custom events.

• A demo was unlocked. The event carries the name of the demo.
• The contact form was sent. The event carries no personal data.

Server Logs

The site is static and hosted on Vercel. As the host Vercel processes request data such as IP addresses in its server logs.

Fonts

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When the fonts load Google receives your IP address.

Cookies

This site sets 1 cookie and only after you enter a valid demo passcode.

• Its name is mosaic_access.
• It is set on mosaicintel.ai and its subdomains so the demos can read it.
• It holds a signed access pass with a label and an expiry. It does not hold the passcode.
• It is marked HttpOnly and Secure. Scripts on the page cannot read it and it is only sent over an encrypted connection.
• It expires on its own.

The cookie is strictly functional. It is not used for advertising or for tracking you across other sites. Our analytics do not use cookies.

How We Use It

• To read and answer the messages you send us
• To let invited people into the demos and keep them unlocked
• To see which pages and demos get used so we can improve the site
• To keep the site and the demos safe from abuse

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Who Handles It

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site. Each one handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics. It processes request data such as IP addresses.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts and receives your IP address when they load.
• Lovable hosts 1 of the demos. See Demos.

These providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Demos

The demos run on subdomains of mosaicintel.ai. They come loaded with sample data. They are demonstrations and not production services.

The Tenant Communications demo is hosted by a third party platform named Lovable. When you open that demo Lovable processes your request as its host.

Please do not enter real personal or confidential information into a demo. The Terms cover how the demos may be used.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not run advertising trackers.
• We do not offer accounts on this site so there is no account data.
• We do not store contact form submissions in a site database.

How Long We Keep It

• Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
• The access cookie expires on its own. You can also delete it in your browser at any time.
• The per IP counters live in memory only and clear on their own.
• Server logs and analytics are kept by Vercel under its own retention rules.
• Resend keeps its own delivery records under its own retention rules.

Your Choices

You can ask what we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it. Email blake@mosaicintel.ai and we will handle the request as the law requires.

You can browse this site without sending the form and without unlocking a demo. You can block or delete the access cookie in your browser. The demos will then ask for the passcode again.

Depending on where you live you may have more rights under local law. Nothing on this page limits them.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this page as the site changes. When we do we will change the effective date at the top. The current version is always at mosaicintel.ai/privacy.
