Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and Mosaic Intel LLC, doing business as Mosaic AI. On this page we call ourselves Mosaic or we.

By using mosaicintel.ai or any demo on its subdomains you agree to these terms. If you use the site for a company you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree please do not use the site or the demos.

Our Privacy page explains what the site collects. It is part of these terms.

What This Site Is

This site describes the custom AI software Mosaic builds and lets invited visitors try working demos.

• The demos are demonstrations. They are not production services.
• The demos come loaded with sample data. Names, records and figures inside them are examples.
• Demo output is generated by software and AI models. It can be wrong. Do not rely on it for any decision.
• Please do not enter real personal or confidential information into a demo.
• We may change, pause or remove the site or any demo at any time without notice.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, security or other professional advice. Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Any work we do for you starts with a signed agreement.

Passcodes

Demos are opened with a passcode.

• A passcode is issued to a specific person or company.
• Do not share it, post it or pass it to anyone outside your company.
• Access is a courtesy. We may change or revoke a passcode at any time.
• If you think a passcode has leaked please tell us.

A valid passcode sets 1 functional cookie that keeps you unlocked. The Privacy page describes it.

Acceptable Use

You may view the site and use the demos to evaluate Mosaic. You agree not to do any of the following.

• Scrape, crawl or bulk copy the site or the demos
• Probe, scan or test the site or the demos for weaknesses
• Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract source code, prompts or models
• Attack, overload or disrupt the site, the demos or the services behind them
• Guess passcodes or get around the passcode gate or any other access control
• Use the demos to build or train a competing product
• Use the site or the demos for anything unlawful

Mosaic offers security testing as a service. That does not invite testing of this site. Testing of any kind needs our written permission first.

Intellectual Property

The site and the demos belong to Mosaic. That includes the software, the design, the text, the mosaic artwork, the logo and the Mosaic AI name.

We give you a limited permission to view the site and use the demos for your own evaluation. The permission is personal to you and we can withdraw it. It does not transfer ownership of anything. All other rights are reserved.

If you send us ideas or feedback about the site or the demos we may use them without owing you anything.

Client Work

These terms cover this site and its demos only. Software and services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement. If that agreement and these terms conflict the signed agreement controls.

Third Party Services

The site relies on services run by other companies. These include Vercel for hosting and analytics, Resend for email delivery, Google Fonts for fonts and Lovable for hosting 1 demo. Their own terms apply to their services.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them.

No Warranty

The site and the demos are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows Mosaic disclaims all warranties, express or implied. That includes the following.

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement
• Any warranty that the site or the demos will be available, secure or free of errors
• Any warranty that demo output is accurate or complete

Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows Mosaic and its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for any of the following arising from your use of the site or the demos.

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business
• Decisions made in reliance on the site or on demo output

Our total liability for any claim about the site or the demos is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid us nothing.

Some places do not allow some of these limits. In those places the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do we will change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change you accept the updated terms. The current version is always at mosaicintel.ai/terms.

Governing Law

Mosaic Intel LLC is formed in Texas.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away we have not waived it.
